Ran out of dots? This refill comes with another 40 pcs 24k gold plated ear beads to keep the Qi flowing. As in the starter kit, the beads are 24k gold plated on transparent hypoallergenic stickers, hygienically wrapped, made in Japan and come in a handy little envelope to take with you or store in your dot·on box.

Apart from the beautifully designed dot·on box, the Starter Kit comes with access to full instructions, including 8 basic protocols developed by Carole Duménil, our Co-Founder. They are based on her over 20 years as a practicing licensed acupuncturist (Lic.Ac.).
It also includes 40 titanium ear beads (Ø 1,2 mm) on transparent hypoallergenic stickers (Ø 7 mm) for use on ear acupuncture points. They come in 2 sealed paper strips containing 20 ear beads each, wrapped in a practical envelope so they can be carried anywhere.
The dot·on ear beads create continual, gentle pressure on specific points in the ear. This in turns affect the cranial and spinal nerve branches and sends messages to your brain and nervous system. For more information on how they work, read dot·on Basics.
Depending on the points used, the brain may send signals and chemicals to the nervous system helping you relax as well as releasing endorphins into the bloodstream, naturally soothing tension and physical discomfort.
Each treatment will use between 4 and 6 points bilaterally (some protocols may give you the choice between several points depending on your specific state). This means that this kit will last for about four treatments. We recommend leaving the beads for 5 to 7 days at a time, with a day´s rest in between. The content of one kit should last you between one month and one month and a half.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. All shipping to Mainland Spain are shipped via Correos Express or SEUR and you will be provided with a tracking number. Once the order shipped, delivery is expected to take 2 to 4 working days.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused in
its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number, name, and email address inside the parcel. Email contact@doton.me to initiate a return.
