Before application
Discuss known adhesive, latex or material allergies. The skin should be intact. Do not apply seeds to sore or inflamed areas.
Keep it gentle
Ask to be shown how to touch the seeds. More pressure is not automatically better. Follow the instructions for the material and the agreed approach.
Notice your skin
Remove seeds if pain, itching, redness or swelling increases. Seek advice if symptoms persist. Do not reapply seeds that have fallen off or been removed.
