Portal and practice profiles
Account and contract data are processed to provide the agreed portal under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Practice information is published only after submission and approval. Client records and protocols remain access-controlled and encrypted. Professionals are responsible for a lawful basis and appropriate information to their clients, especially where health data is involved.
Protocol creation and payments
Creating a protocol sends the entered concern and required professional information to Anthropic. The full client record is not sent automatically. Stripe handles subscriptions and payment details on its payment page. The operator must establish the applicable processing agreements and any required safeguards for international transfers.
Retention and location search
Public enquiries and partner suggestions are removed after no more than 180 days unless deleted sooner. Portal and client data follow their contractual purpose and applicable retention duties; backups have separate deletion cycles. Precise location is processed only following your active location request and is not retained by the application.
