The DotOn portal is provided by hanseatische medianfabrik, c/o Julian Cunow, Kuehnbachring 9, 22045 Hamburg, Germany. Contact: hello@doton.me. The professional service is intended for business users. Account credentials must be kept personal and confidential.
Services
The portal supports client records, appointment planning, practice profiles and ear-seed protocols based on the supplied professional information. Training, materials and tools are provided according to the agreed offer. Access does not confer a professional or medical licence.
Plans and billing
Plan limits, prices, billing intervals and tax information are displayed before a paid purchase. Registration alone does not create a paid subscription. Active subscriptions can be viewed and ended under the agreed terms through subscription management. A trial ends without a confirmed purchase; existing stored records remain accessible.
Content and public profiles
Only lawfully obtained client data and content for which the necessary rights are held may be used. Practice profiles are published after explicit submission and approval and can be unpublished in the portal. False statements and unlawful treatment claims are not permitted.
Privacy and statutory rights
The privacy notice explains processing, service providers and individual rights. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Questions about the service or a contract can be sent to hello@doton.me.
